Refund Policy

Clients have 48 hours after booking to cancel for a full refund. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Weather issues, venue access problems, or client delays are not eligible for refunds.
