Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rebooking guidelines below: Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service/event to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment/event may receive a 50% refund or credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Rebooking Rebooking is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service/event at no additional cost. Requests to rebook within 24 hours of the appointment/event may incur a rebooking fee (typically 20–30% of the booking cost), depending on availability. Rebooking is subject to open dates/times and cannot be guaranteed. Weather / Emergencies In the case of severe weather, safety concerns, or documented emergencies, we MAY offer a one-time complimentary rebooking or full credit at our discretion. Deposits Any required deposits are non-transferable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the service/event. Deposits will be applied to the rebooked date if the rebooking is made in accordance with this policy. How to Cancel or Rebook Please contact us via email, phone, or messaging to request a cancellation or new date. Your cancellation/rebooking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
