Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rebooking guidelines below: Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service/event to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment/event may receive a 50% refund or credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Rebooking Rebooking is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service/event at no additional cost. Requests to rebook within 24 hours of the appointment/event may incur a rebooking fee (typically 20–30% of the booking cost), depending on availability. Rebooking is subject to open dates/times and cannot be guaranteed. Weather / Emergencies In the case of severe weather, safety concerns, or documented emergencies, we MAY offer a one-time complimentary rebooking or full credit at our discretion. Deposits Any required deposits are non-transferable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the service/event. Deposits will be applied to the rebooked date if the rebooking is made in accordance with this policy. Your cancellation/rebooking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
